A Primary Research Lead Campaign where we spoke to business leads of eBay,
current customers of a large competitor
The idea was to pitch ebay as an alternative to this competitor
which only succeeded when the seller succeeded.
We also introduced eBay Global Xpansion Program which was a resultant
of our learnings which lead to a set up of a new offering for larger clients to enhance the appeal for larger clients.
Results
- 100 new clients in the first 2 months who until then sold only on competitor platform
- Higher AOV from GXP sellers increasing the revenue for eBay
