  • Business Development Executive

    The Business Development Executive serves as the first point of contact for our prospects or clients. This position will require constant interaction with senior professionals from the industry. Hence a person who is dynamic, outgoing and highly confident is a prerequisite.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Position include meeting individual sales goals
    • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
    • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service
    • Making cold/strategic calls to prospective clients to generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
    • Networking and building a rapport with industry professionals to access first-hand information and opportunities.
    • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.

    We’ll be happy if you have

    • 2+ years of professional experience in managing and growing client accounts
    • At least 1 year of experience in working within a digital, product or creative agency
    • Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication
    • Strong sales, negotiation techniques and leadership skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all the teams of the agency
    • Expert storyteller with superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
    • Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digital solutions
  • Client Service Manager

    Key Responsibities

    • Craft & implement social / digital campaign strategies for creating brand awareness thus strengthen brand positioning and meet brand objectives
    • Conduct internal audits, analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement
    • Set strategic roadmaps/objectives for digital projects, report on ROI for effective implementation of strategies
    • Model & track KPI’s to measure campaign/digital project performance as necessary
    • Plan and prepare quarterly, bi-annual & annual campaign reports and assist in crafting roadmaps for the brand
    • Proactively collaborate with all teams (viz. SEO/Tech/Media/ORM/ Research/Ecommerce, others) in order to provide authentic and helpful responses for campaign & brand requirements
    • Ensure that all deliverables exceed set expectations
    • Commercial reporting, accounting and finance/forecasting responsibility for owned accounts such as billing and collections
    • Liaison with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects and take responsibility for its commercials and negotiations
    • Oversee & participate in the on-ground events & workshops as deemed necessary
    • Proactively initiate, publish PR activities and case studies on quarterly basis
    • Perform research on current industry trends and audience preferences and make efficient use of insights drawn to improvise digital marketing strategies.
    • Identify new opportunities to promote and assist in brands’ business growth
    • Establish a robust relationship with the client(s), collect briefs, consult them thereby ensure effective execution of SOW (scope of work) and efficient alignment of tasks and timelines, internally as well as externally
    • Lead, drive, challenge & participate at all stage of the strategizing, planning, creative and delivery process
    • Define timelines and milestone requirements and manage sign offs with the clients
    • Producing project schedules, creative briefs and plans, risk assessments, delivery plans and weekly progress/status reports
    • Address escalations & queries (internal & external) in an effective and seamless manner thereby efficiently service & cultivate existing relationship
    • Effectively manage & mentor the immediate team(s), direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, build up knowledge-sharing across all disciplines
    • Provide the immediate team with all necessary trainings & tools to improve their core expertise and aid in continued career growth
    • Effectively manage and overcome scathing challenges

    Qualification

    • Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
    • Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be added honors
    • 2 – 4 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency

    Technical Skill Requisites

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.
    • Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
    • Should have a constant and relevant presence in the social spaces
    • Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability
    • A business and brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes
    • Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
    • Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows
    • Able to train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individuals
    • Ability to effectively communicate company brand values via social media
  • Sr Copywriter

    Key Responsibities

    • Should’ve been trained under a senior copywriter previously
    • Previously been part of entire ideation of a campaign from beginning till end
    • Develop creative ideas and concepts based on the brief from the client/Account Managers
    • Should be able to work with a team of copywriters and designers to get the best outcome
    • Should be able to conceptualize client’s ideas and translate it successfully to words
    • Work with the team for ad campaigns, Social Media campaigns and pitches
    • Keep up to date with popular culture and trends
    • Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadline

    Qualification

    • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
    • Highly Imaginative and creative
    • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Creative Art Director

    Key Responsibities

    • Visualize designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design.
    • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
    • Extensive use of Illustrator, Corel draw & Photoshop to create and generate new images.
    • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
    • Confer with the client servicing team to discuss and determine layout design.
    • Visualize and develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
    • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
    • Understand each and every brand key and accordingly think design.
    • Responsibility for a team to do hands on designing within social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Get the team to deliver real time designs relevant to social media spaces, which dynamically engage the audience.
    • Be enthusiastic but be responsible. One without the other is dangerous!
    • Developing banners, animated ads and commercials for display on Facebook, Twitter via Internet marketing.

    Qualification

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art & Design Courses
    • Must have worked in any of these- Digital Agencies, Media Agencies (social & digital media), Advertising Agency, Creative Agencies. Digital media, online media or social networking Industry.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in design.
  • Sr Visualizer

    Key Responsibities

    • Comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects based on requirements
    • Ability to understand how a brand works and provide creative value additions to client’s deliverables.
    • Be a team player, and work alongside copywriters, designers and account managers.
    • Always be creative and motivative to your creative team, mend and train them well to get best out of them.
    • Approach each project with a new enthusiasm and fresh approach, give the best to the clients.
    • Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects helping to meet with team expectations.
    • Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for a graphic design

    Qualification

    • 4+ yrs. of relevant experience preferably from an Agency background
    • Hands-on experience in understanding clients brief and delivering on time
    • Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once
    • Must possess a keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
    • Having experience in digital, graphic. Experience in web design is a plus.
  • UI/UX Designer

    Key Responsibities

    • Analyse &Translate client’s requirements to tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends
    • Determine the interface style and layout, and design the key interface text.
    • Collaborate with team in the design process
    • Test the feasibility of the product
    • According to the user feedback optimize the design so that the product meets the needs of users

    Qualification

    • 2-4yrs of relevant experience
    • Core knowledge in related softwares and updates in the field
    • Good experience in prototyping Wire-framing and UI prototyping
    • Should be self-driven, proactive and possess good communication skills to articulate the design process and design decisions
    • Basic knowledge of coding is a must.
  • Social Media Strategist

    Key Responsibities

    • Develop and implement strategic plan to grow brands on social media.
    • Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging.
    • Develop strategies for different industry segments like Fashion, Real Estate, Restaurant, IT, iPhone/Android applications and much more.
    • Candidates must also display an aptitude for the entire marketing ecosystem (e.g., brand planning, media planning, creative, etc.).

    Qualification
