Brief

EdgeVerve, an Infosys company, was at a critical inflection point. While it was evolving as a platform solution (AI Next), the AI market was saturated with ‘safe’ narratives. It had to build its own identity, while still carrying the trust of the Infosys badge.

Approach

Using qualitative CXO research, we found that the C-suite attention can be captured when they are not in ‘work-mode.’ That’s where the idea of metaphor-led storytelling came in.
