Activities like \u2018Can You Hear Me Now?\u2019, \u2018Pictionary\u2019, and \u2018Ad Quiz\u2019, helped us improve our listening and team co-ordination skills and also tested some of our drawing skills!! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Focus on the quality of internal communication will lead to successfully working as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Improving or maintaining high employee morale can be difficult during these challenging times, but it\u2019s possible to achieve with open communication with your employees. Understanding and implementing what the employees actually need will boost their morale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
